The first time I had some doubts about the intervențion , Due to the fact that the hair regenerates periodic, what I can say is that the result of a hair transplant is 100% successful. This revival comes after a period of 9 months waiting to see the result of the intervention. I recommend Flymedi and of course I recommend the person who was near me during the intervention Mr Mustafa. Mr. Mustafa is a person I rarely met. I can say that everything related to professionalism is on his side. I recommend to all those who want to have professional interventions, to have the highest confidence in Flymedi. Thank you Flymedi !

I came across FlyMedi online while looking for medical tourism options for septorhinoplasty in Turkey. I was contacted by FlyMedi's Nadia via email within hours of submitting for more information on their website. Nadia made herself available 24/7 via email and WhatsApp, even as I traveled across multiple time zones. Nadia provided multiple options in multiple locations with pros and cons and for each and stayed in touch throughout the process. I already recommended FlyMedi and specifically Nadia to friends and family considering Turkey for any medical tourism they may be considering. Thank you Nadia!

I'd been researching the procedure for a while and the cost in Australia was significantly higher than in Turkey. I came across the Flymedi website and within hours of submitting an enquiry, Nadia had reached out. She provided multiple quotes with different options, background on the doctors and hospitals. Nadia was available 24/7 and really helped me through everything from start to finish. Great business idea, exceptional staff and great customer service

I am really happy that I have planned my operation through Flymedi. Robin took great care of me and was always there for me and made everything possible. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck and had liposuction by Dr. Asli Datli. MedicalPark in Istanbul. she is a super doctor, the results has become very nice and was also there well cared for. Nurse Yeliz is adorable and has always been by my side. She was also always available and answered all my questions. I have felt very well, thanks again to all I am very satisfied.

Recommended For Donor Egg IVF

Women who cannot produce an egg for starting the pregnancy processor cannot use their eggs for fertilization can be the candidate of the Donor Egg IVF procedure. There are many reasons to choose donor egg IVF treatment:

  • Post-cancer treatment
  • A woman born without her ovaries due to a congenital anomaly
  • Repeated canceled IVF treatment
  • Unexplained repeated IVF failure
  • Age-related infertility (most often for women age 40 or older)
  • Early menopause
  • The gay male couple who want to have a child with a surrogate

Not Recommended For Donor Egg IVF

If there is a reason to prevent you from getting pregnant or if your IVF treatment with your own egg has failed several times, your doctor may recommend Donor Egg IVF treatment. If you find the appropriate donor, you can start the procedure with your doctor's approval.

Overview

Some couples cannot have a child because the female partner cannot produce eggs, and no medication can stimulate it. If another woman donates eggs to her, these women can give birth to a child. This treatment is called donor egg IVF. There are certain criteria in egg donation to increase the success rate and reduce the risk rate of the treatment. Women who donate eggs should normally be younger than 32 years and ideally had a child before, should have no significant health problems, and should not have any genetic disease or infection that may infect the recipient of the baby.

Preparation

The process of finding an egg donor requires time and careful thinking. Patients can spend months at this step. Among the most common egg, donation sources are the fertility clinic that offers you IVF treatment, an egg donation agency, an egg bank, a friend or family member or another couple in IVF treatment. The egg donation and implantation procedure is similar to standard IVF treatment. After a thorough examination, the woman receiving the donor egg needs to receive some hormone treatment to prepare it for the egg. If they still have ovaries working, they'll need estrogen and progesterone treatments to make their cycle exactly the same as the donor. In the meantime, the donor will also be treated with hormones to trigger superovulation.

How It Is Performed

The doctor performs a transvaginal ovarian aspiration to remove the eggs from the donor's ovaries. An ultrasound probe is inserted into the vagina, and a needle is used to remove the egg from each follicle. During the procedure, which takes approximately 30 minutes, the doctor may give the donor painkillers, sedatives, or anesthetics. Since this is a small and short procedure, the donor does not need to stay in the clinic or hospital overnight.

Recovery

It is recommended that women wait approximately 2 weeks after embryos enter the uterus before performing a pregnancy test to see if the donor egg IVF treatment works. For some people, this waiting time is considered the most difficult part of the treatment process. If pregnancy occurs, an ultrasound scan is performed in the coming weeks to check the progress of the procedure as expected. Then the normal prenatal care process given to all pregnant women for the IVF participant begins.

Risks

Donor egg IVF treatment has similar risks to women undergoing traditional IVF. In addition to the psychological risks that may occur, the greatest possible risk for the donor is to develop ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). The primary risk of donor egg IVF for the intended mother is multiple pregnancies.

Side Effects

The main side effects of donor egg IVF treatment include:

  • Bruising at the injection site
  • Mood swings
  • Tender breasts
  • Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS)

Success Rates

According to the study conducted by Fertility and Sterility, the donor egg IVF procedure results in a successful birth with the rate of 49,4–50%.

Before And After

Couples who do not have children may not be able to move to pregnancy because the female eggs cannot be used due to certain circumstances. In such cases, donor egg IVF treatment can be used. In parallel with the success rate, the treatments that offer the desired result give the couples great satisfaction and happiness.

What is Donor Egg IVF?

Donor egg IVF is the treatment used in cases where the female's eggs cannot be used for various reasons in IVF treatment. Following the retrieval of the eggs, the eggs are fertilized in the in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory using sperm from the partner of the recipient couple or in some cases with donor sperm.

How Long Does Donor Egg IVF Procedure Take?

The screening process usually takes several weeks to complete. Once an egg donor is selected, a cycle lasts about four weeks. Women who expect pregnancy during treatment should come to the clinic about 7-10 times for ultrasound monitoring and blood tests within a two-week period.

What Is the Cost of Donor Egg IVF?

Using donor eggs is a high cost over the current cost of IVF. The exact cost of donor egg IVF procedure may vary greatly depending on the use of fresh or frozen eggs, how selective the recipient is, the IVF clinic has chosen, the location of the treatment clinic, etc.
